Booking and Payment

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your photography session date. Full payment is due before or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the session date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days before may forfeit the deposit.

Image Rights and Usage

Snap Integrity Photography retains copyright to all images. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires additional licensing agreements.

Delivery Timeline

Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks after the session date. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits for photo locations and ensuring all participants have consented to be photographed.
